1 box UNCLE BEN'S® rice (wild)

Butter

Cook UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice according to directions on package (1 package stuffs 4 birds). Rinse and salt inside and out good. Spoon in rice. Melt butter over top. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. During baking, spoon melted juice from bottom of pan over birds to keep them juicy.
