SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Drain sauerkraut thoroughly. Combine sugar, oil, and vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add drained sauerkraut, celery, peppers, and onions. Put into glass container and cover tightly. Refrigerate until chilled.
