1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded teaspoons into balls. Place meatballs into ungreased baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. |
