CRUNCHY CRUST PEANUT PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. whipped cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, nuts, sugar and butter. Press in bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and milk, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with additional chopped peanuts or cover with Cool Whip or both.
