ONE CRUST CHERRY PIE 
1 can tart pie cherries
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 tbsp. butter
Red food coloring
Graham cracker crust

Drain cherries and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Reserve. Mix sugar and corn starch in saucepan. Add juice and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.

Remove from heat. Add almond flavoring, butter and food coloring. Stir until butter is melted. Add cherries. Fill crust and top with whipped cream.
