SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
4 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. HP sauce
Salt
Pepper
White pepper
Paprika

Fry hamburger, turning and chopping frequently. Drain fat, reserving 1/4 cup. Saute onions in hamburger drippings until lightly browned; add hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, HP sauce, and seasonings to taste. Simmer 10 minutes.

Boil, mash potatoes. Pour meat mixture into Pyrex baking dish; spread baked potatoes over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with HP sauce.
