CHEESE DOUBLE BAKED POTATOES 
6 or 7 lg. Idaho potatoes

Bake at 375-400 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until soft. Cut lengthwise and take out pulp.

Add 1 egg and beat.

Add:

1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Keep beating until soft like mashed potatoes. Return to shells and cook at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
