REAL RICH CHOCOLATE PIES 
2 prepared crumb crusts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
16 lg. marshmallows or 1 c. small ones
1 pt. real whipping cream

Melt chips in double boiler top over hot boiling water. Put in marshmallows. Stir until all chips and marshmallow are melted. Remove from fire and cool some. In the meantime, whip whipping cream and fold into chocolate mixture when it is cooled. Stir until smooth and pour into the 2 crusts. Let them set in refrigerator until firm to serve. Needs no topping cause it has the cream inside - but one could decorate each slice with a dollop of Cool Whip to serve.
