JERRY'S TACOS 
6 lbs. meat, pork shoulder & beef roast, cut into squares
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 jar taco sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce

Brown meat. Combine all ingredients and cook for 4 to 5 hours until meat falls apart. Serve on taco shells. Add lettuce, cheese, sour cream and chopped tomatoes for toppings. Hot sauce if needed. Cut up hot peppers also. Serve with chips and dip.
