GREEN BEAN JULIENNE 
1 can French style green beans
1 sm. can green peas
2 pieces chopped celery
1 med. onion
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 pinch salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
1 pinch salt

Combine drained green beans, drained green peas, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped pimento and a pinch of salt. Let stand 10 minutes.

Bring to a boil sugar, vinegar, oil, water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate several hours.
