1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1 stick butter

Stir together and let set 20 minutes. 1 c. white sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs

Mix and add to oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

While hot, spread with confectioners' icing mixed with coconut and nuts. Place under broiler until coconut browns. Watch closely.
