CHICKEN L'ORANGE 
2 lb. chicken cutlets (thin enough to roll)
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 pkg. frozen baby carrots
1 1/2 to 2 c. orange juice

Prepare Stove Top mix according to directions EXCEPT substitute 3/4 cup orange juice for water in recipe.

Place stuffing on cutlets. Rolling each, secure with toothpick if necessary.

Brown rolled cutlets lightly in oil; drain.

Add 3/4 to 1 cup orange juice to pan; baste. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add frozen carrots; cook until tender. May garnish with slivered almonds.
