BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. stew beef
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can Golden mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Combine beef, soups and sour cream in saucepan. Simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender, stirring frequently. Serve over rice or noodles.
