PIZZA DOUGH 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil or melted butter

Mix everything except 2 tablespoons oil or butter. Gather dough and press into a ball. Knead 10 times or until smooth. Divide in half on lightly floured board. Roll each half into a circle and press onto pizza pans (makes 2), lightly greased. Brush crusts with the 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter. Add favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
