CHICKEN TACOS 
1 whole cooked chicken, boiled, broiled or baked
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
Couple pkgs. corn tortilla shells

Shred chicken. Add next 4 ingredients, then add about 3 cups water. (Could use stock from boiled chicken.) Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. After liquid has boiled 3/4 off, turn to low and simmer until the desired thickness.
