CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1/2 c. vinegar
3 pieces minced garlic (optional)
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bay leaf

Clean chicken and cut into pieces and put into a large pot. Add all ingredients. Cover and let simmer until tender about 1 hour 15 minutes.
