BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
Brown a chopped onion in 2 tbsp. butter add:
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dash salt and red pepper to taste

Simmer sauce for 30 minutes. Add 2 pounds ground beef. Simmer until meat is cooked.
