CREAMETTE SALAD 
1 box Creamettes macaroni
1 or 2 bunches green onions
3/4 inch square piece of longhorn cheese
3-4 sweet pickles or 1/4 to 1/2 green bell pepper
2 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cook Creamettes until tender; drain. Cut up green onions, cheese, and pickles. Add to Creamettes. Beat eggs well; add sugar and vinegar to eggs and beat. Cook egg mixture over low heat, beating continuously, until thick. Add more sugar or vinegar to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Pour over Creamettes mixture, mix, and serve warm or cool.
