ORANGE RHUBARB JELLY 
2 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 1/4 c. water
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. water
1 pkg. pectin
4 c. sugar

Simmer rhubarb in 1 1/4 cups water for 15 minutes; drain. Reserve liquid. Press rhubarb through sieve. Combine with liquid to make 2 cups. Mix orange juice, 1/3 cup water. Add to rhubarb. Bring to a boil. Add pectin and bring to rolling boil. Add sugar and boil for 1 minute. Makes 5 1/2 pints.
