HOT CRAB DIP | |
1 lb. crab meat 2 (12 oz.) cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 4 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tsp. dry mustard 3 shakes of garlic salt 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients except crab meat and cheese. After all is mixed well, add crab meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour to 1 hour, depending on depth of dish, until golden brown. Sprinkle cheese on top, put back in oven until melted. |
