2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix all the cookie ingredients together. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes in 400 degree oven.

METHOD FOR FILLING: Mix all filling ingredients together. Beat. Let stand for 15 minutes, then beat until thick. Spread filling on one cookie and top with a second cookie. Stand back and watch them disappear like rocket to moon.
