EGG NOODLES 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk or cream
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. butter flavoring
Flour to stiffen

Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Add flour and baking powder sifted. Roll thin, sprinkle with flour, roll like jelly roll. Slice thin, unfold, drop in boiling chicken broth. Cook approximately 15 minutes.
