TUNA LOAF 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 slices fresh bread, torn in pieces
3 or 4 tbsp. grated onion
1 lg. can water-packed tuna
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Make white sauce with 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon flour. Slowly add milk.

In greased loaf pan, mix bread, onion, tuna, 2 eggs and hot white sauce. Quickly stir in lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
