PICO DE GALLO 
1 lg. tomato (chopped)
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
1/2 c. cilantro (chopped)
1 or 2 serrano peppers
Juice of (1/2) lime
Garlic salt to taste

Combine tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Add pepper according to degree of spiciness. Add juice of 1/2 lime and garlic salt to taste. May be served with chips or Mexican food.
