PARTY SALAD 
1 head Boston lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
10 mushrooms, diced
6 to 8 oz. sliced grapefruit (in a jar)
Chopped walnuts
Cilantro
3 chopped green onions

Clean and tear lettuce. Slice mushrooms and green onions; arrange on lettuce. Sprinkle over lettuce, cilantro, and walnuts. Serve with Maine Chence dressing.
