TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 envelope (2 tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
1 sm. avocado
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Corn chips

Cook beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain off any fat. Add water, undrained tomatoes and undrained kidney beans and taco seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes or longer. Serve with guacamole, shredded cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
