VEAL ITALIENNE 
1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 veal rib chops, about 1" thick
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. dried chopped chives
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat 10 inch browning dish at high (100%) 5 minutes. Immediately add oil and veal chops. Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute. Turn chops over, placing meatiest portion toward outside of dish. Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute.

2. Mix remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; pour over veal chops. Microwave at medium-high (70%) 10 minutes. Sprinkle veal chops with cheese. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, rearrange veal chops. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until veal chops are tender, 6-9 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
