ENGLISH WALNUT BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. + 6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
5 oz. herb flavored Stove Top stuffing mix
2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in flour and bouillon. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over broccoli. Heat water and remaining butter. Stir in stuffing mix and nuts. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
