COOKIES 
2 c. corn flour
1/2 c. flour
3/4 lb. pumpkin
1 coconut
1/2 lb. sweet potato
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. almond
1 tsp. salt

Grate coconut, pumpkin and sweet potato. Mix sugar, liquids and spices. Add raisins and flour; blend well. Fold 2 tablespoons of mixture into husk and steam over boiling water until firm.
