PHYLLIS' SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream with chopped nuts for top

Grease and flour jelly roll pan 15 x 10 x 1 inch; mix sugar, sour cream and butter in large bowl on low speed. Beat in dry ingredients on medium speed. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
