BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
1 can Pet evaporated milk
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 onion, chopped fine
1 frozen pkg. broccoli, cauliflower or mixed vegetables (10 oz.)

Cook vegetables and onion in broth until tender. Add Velveeta and let it melt into broth. Add evaporated milk, mix and serve.
