CHIPPED BEEF BALLS 
1 sm. jar chipped beef or 1/4 lb.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. chopped parsley
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pretzel sticks

Finely chop beef and mix together with cream cheese, horseradish and parsley. Form into bite-size balls and roll in Parmesan cheese. Chill. Just before serving, spear each ball with pretzel stick. Serves 8.
