POOR MAN'S CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner (and the ingredients as listed on pkg.)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 to 12 oz.) can tuna
3 slices cheese
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Boil the macaroni as required on package. When you add the butter and milk, also add the tuna and cream of mushroom soup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off burner and continue stirring until thickening starts.

At desired thickness, remove from stove and let stand for about 1 minute. Lay the sliced cheese on top and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Serve hot.
