CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage
1 3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter
1 can celery soup
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded or grated cheese
Salt and pepper

Wash, cut and steam cabbage. Press 1 cup Ritz crackers on bottom of casserole dish. Pour melted butter evenly over crackers. Pour drained cabbage evenly over crackers. Mix together soup, milk, eggs, mayonnaise in bowl; mix well. Pour over cabbage casserole. Put remaining crackers on top; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
