BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. blueberries (thawed, if frozen)

In bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together, then add milk. In deep 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole, melt butter. Pour in batter; sprinkle evenly with blueberries. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
