LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
4 drum sticks
4 chicken breast halves
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Season chicken with garlic salt; place, skin side down, in shallow baking pan with larger pieces in the corners. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; turn and continue baking for 30 minutes or until fork tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Yield: 4 servings.

MICROWAVE OVEN: Use glass baking pan. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes, turn and baste. Cook for 11 to 14 minutes longer. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. (NOTE: Microwave cooking time are approximate. Cooking times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave oven).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
