"DAWGS"
 
Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa
Hot dog buns
Dijon mustard
Chopped onions
Dill pickles, quartered
Polka Dawg Chili Sauce

Cut polska kielbasa in half and length of buns. Grill kielbasa until lightly browned. Spread Dijon mustard inside hot dog bun and add sausage. Place dill pickle on top of sausage. Add polka dawg sauce and chopped onions. Enjoy!

Options: Sauerkraut can be used in place of sauce. Or, melt cheese on sausage and pickle before adding sauce.

POLKA "DAWG" SAUCE:

1 lb. hamburger
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
Water
