CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
3 whole chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil chicken breasts in water; drain. Debone and break in large pieces. Mix all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix with chicken. Put in large casserole. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. May refrigerate overnight before baking.
