TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. slivered, blanched almonds
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients but the chow mein noodles. Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until well heated.
