UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Cool slightly. Add all but 1 tablespoon beaten eggs. Stir in spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and arrange Mozzarella slices on top.

For crust, unroll crescent dough on lightly floured surface. Firmly press perforations together and seal. Roll to 9x13 inch rectangle. Place over cheese and brush dough with leftover 1 tablespoon egg. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is well browned. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
