1 lg. bottle chili sauce
3 packs chicken gizzards
2 diced onions
1 diced bell pepper
2 lbs. chopped mushrooms
2 beef Hillshire Farm smoke sausages, chopped

Boil gizzards until tender. Drain water and add chili sauce and 3 cups of water along with other ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
