LASAGNA 
9 lasagna noodles
2.b ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. liquid garlic juice
3 tsp. olive oil
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, cut into quarters
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. minced parsley, dried
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground basil
12 slices Kraft singles
2 c. sour cream

Brown 2 pounds ground beef and set aside. Cook onion in garlic and olive oil until onion is cooked soft. Add other ingredients (tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, sugar, salt, and basil) and simmer 40 minutes. Start water for noodles. Add beef to mixture and simmer 10 minutes.

In a 9x13 inch pan, layer 3 noodles, 6 slices Kraft singles, half of meat mixture. Spread 1 cup sour cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. REPEAT. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
