SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
Meatballs:

1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
1/2 c. Minced Onion
3/4 c. Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp. Minced Parsley
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Oil

Combine meats, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk.

Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in oil in skillet. Reserve drippings, and place meat balls in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on high 10 - 15 minutes.

Gravy:

1/4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
2 c. Boiling Water
3/4 c. Sour Cream

Stir flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika into hot drippings in skillet. Stir in water and sour cream. Pour over meatballs.

Cover, Reduce heat to low. Cook 4 - 5 hours.

Serve over rice or noodles.
