MOSTACCIOLI SALAD 
1 lb. Mostaccioli pasta
2 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, cut in 4ths, remove seeds, don't peel
4 oz. pimento

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. parsley

Cook, rinse and drain pasta. Mix onion, green pepper, cucumber and pimento. Add pasta. Mix dressing, pour over the rest. (I use an ice cream bucket.) Make 2 days ahead, it lasts for 5-7 days, stir daily.
