CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen or fresh broccoli
6 cooked chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. or more sherry
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange cooked broccoli in 9"x13" pan. Cut chicken in large bite size pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and sherry. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Then sprinkle with cheese, then bread cubes. Finish by drizzling melted butter over the top. Bake, covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees until bubbly and very hot. Serves 8.
