VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. shredded white cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Dill weed to taste

Whip until smooth.

Serve with cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, radishes, sliced zucchini, cauliflower flowerets, cucumber slices, mushrooms, celery sticks, sliced beets, green onions or asparagus tips.
