2 ALARM CHILI 
2 lb. lean hamburger
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 sauce cans water
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tbsp. oregano, crushed
6 tbsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
2 generous tbsp. masa
5 cans kidney beans
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Paprika

Sear hamburger until gray and add all ingredients except masa, beans, cheese, sour cream and paprika. Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Skim off fat. Add masa mixed with water until thick but flowable. Simmer another 15 to 20 minutes and add kidney beans with their liquid. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese over top of each serving; heat to melt. Top with dollop of sour cream and dash of paprika.
