ICEBOX CHOCOLATE PIE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. heavy cream, OR Cool Whip

Melt chocolate over hot water. Cream soft cream cheese. Add half of brown sugar with salt and vanilla. Add egg yolks one at a time. Blend in melted chocolate. Beat egg whites until stiff, add rest of brown sugar to whites and fold into chocolate mixture. Fold into Cool Whip and put into graham cracker crust.
