SCALLOPED POTATOES 
32 oz. hashed brown potatoes
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine potatoes with sour cream, soup, onion, melted butter and cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
