BAKED BEANS & KIELBASA 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. fresh kielbasa
1/3 c. catsup (I use 1/2 c.)
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. can (48 oz.) Great Northern beans

Cut up sausage into 1/4" to 1/2" pieces. (I like to take skin off sausage, crumble meat.) Place in skillet and saute with onion and green pepper until meat is lightly brown. Add beans, mix in catsup, sugar and mustard. Put into 2 quart casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 8 to 10. (I like to bake it for 3 to 4 hours.)
